I help individuals increase self-awareness and decrease symptomology by bringing unconscious material into conscious awareness, and enjoy providing a safe space that encourages individuals to be themselves while navigating life’s challenges.

I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also offer specialized services for children and adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
